The board at Barcelona are set for a financial ‘pinch’ from an upcoming transfer dealing on the part of La Liga rivals Celta Vigo.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Ferran Jutglà as the reason for as much.
Frontman Jutglà, for his part, is currently preparing for a return to Spain.
The 26-year-old is all set to link up with the aforementioned Celta Vigo, in a deal worth a fee in the region of €7 million.
And as alluded to above, entitled to a small percentage of this fee are reigning Spanish champions Barcelona.
The Blaugrana’s agreement to sell Jutglà to Club Brugge back in 2022 featured a clause which stipulated that they would receive 10% of any capital gain secured from the attacker’s sale.
With Brugge in line to make around €2 million in profit, Barcelona can therefore look forward to a ‘pinch’ of €200,000.
