As much, of course, comes amid long-standing speculation surrounding the future of the explosive wide-man.
Nico has seen his name take its place front and centre in the Spanish media headlines throughout the summer, owing to intense interest in his signature on the part of the aforementioned Barcelona.
To date, however, the Blaugrana’s efforts to thrash out a deal for the 22-year-old have come up empty.
