Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim does not want Marcus Rashford back at his disposal under any circumstances.
This comes with the Portuguese no longer considering the Englishman a Red Devils player.
Frontman Rashford is of course in the midst of what has been a thoroughly productive loan spell on the books of La Liga champions Barcelona.
Taking advantage of an injury crisis in Hansi Flick’s squad, the 28-year-old has established himself as one of the first names on the Blaugrana team sheet.
All told, in 16 appearances across all competitions, Rashford has racked up 15 direct goal contributions.
Such impressive form had given rise to suggestions that the explosive winger could yet be recalled to play his part for Manchester United next season.
No such move, however, is in fact being considered.
That’s according to Diario Sport, citing The Manchester Evening News, who have confirmed that the Old Trafford board recently sat down for a meeting with manager Ruben Amorim.
This came to talk through the possibility of Rashford’s return.
Amorim, however, made his feelings crystal clear, informing his bosses that he ‘does not want Rashford in his squad for anything in the world’.
