Barcelona summer signing is ‘having a hard time adapting’

A member of the summer recruitment list at La Liga champions Barcelona is finding it difficult to adapt to life in Hansi Flick’s XI.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Marcus Rashford as the player in question.

Frontman Rashford for his part sealed a long-awaited Blaugrana switch back in late-July, bringing to an end the Blaugrana’s search for reinforcements in the attacking third.

The Englishman, however, has since not exactly set the world alight in Catalunya’s capital.

Across three appearances to date, Rashford has looked far from his best, yet to notch either a goal or an assist in Blaugrana colours.

And according to Sport, as much comes in no small part owing to the fact that the 27-year-old is yet to adapt to his new surroundings:

‘Rashford is having a hard time adapting (logically, many changes and very abrupt). In Vallecas he looked quite lost.’
