This comes amid the understanding that the 23-year-old, amid a productive opening to the new campaign, has been earmarked as a leading transfer target by struggling Manchester United.
Amid a search for more dynamism in the attacking midfield department, the Red Devils have already made contact over a potential deal for Fermín.
