Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has confirmed that Raphinha will slot into a more central role than usual in the club’s meeting with Osasuna.
This comes after all of the Brazilian, Marcus Rashford, Lamine Yamal and Ferran Torres were named in the Blaugrana’s latest starting XI.
Barca are of course primed to return to action in short order.
Fresh off a 2-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League in midweek, the Catalans have turned focus back towards matters on the domestic front, ahead of locking horns with Osasuna.
Hansi Flick opted for some tweaks to his attacking setup for the clash, with both Fermín López and Robert Lewandowski dropping to the bench.
Stepping in as a result are the pairing of Marcus Rashford and Ferran Torres.
With both Lamine and Raphinha also included in his latest line-up, Hansi Flick was therefore asked ahead of kick-off how his frontline will set up against Osasuna.
And the German tactician went on to confirm:
“Lamine Yamal will start on the wing and Raphinha will be our ’10’.”
