Barcelona star Marc-André ter Stegen recently stepped in, in an effort to resolve the rumoured dispute between teammates Gavi, and Fermín López.
For those not aware, the respective names of midfielders Gavi and Fermín have taken their place centre stage in the chatter surrounding Barcelona over the last week.
As much comes amid widespread claims of a falling out between the pair.
Rumours have widely varied when it comes to the reasoning for the tiff, with no definitive answer having yet been provided.
The common consensus, though, is that the Blaugrana duo have indeed seen their relationship take a major turn for the worse.
And as alluded to above, this week, a fellow member of Hansi Flick’s ranks has done his part to attempt to mediate the situation.
As per a report from Barcelona insider Joan Fontes:
‘According to what I’ve been told, the one who tried to resolve the situation between the two youngsters was… Marc André Ter Stegen, who acted like a brother and as what he truly is: the Captain of the team.’
