Barcelona star Eric García took to the training pitch on Friday making use of a specially-fitted facial mask.
This comes after the former Manchester City man suffered a broken nose during the week.
Eric was in from the off on Wednesday night, as Barcelona made the trip to Belgium for a Champions League meeting with Club Brugge.
Late in a disappointing 3-3 draw for the Blaugrana, however, the Spaniard took a heavy blow to the face.
Following a round of medical tests on Thursday, it was quickly confirmed that Eric had suffered a nasal fracture.
As alluded to above, though, as much did not stop the defender from taking his place in the thick of things at Barca’s open training session at the Spotify Camp Nou this morning:
Eric, in turn, is expected to be afforded a call-up for his side’s final pre-international break outing this weekend.
Hansi Flick’s troops are currently in the midst of preparations for a La Liga trip to Balaídos to take on Celta Vigo on Sunday evening.
