Barcelona star continues brilliant form with classy assist on international stage

Barcelona star Marcus Rashford on Sunday evening kept alive what has been a stellar recent spell of individual form.

This came courtesy of an assist on the international front.

England marked their return to action a short time ago, making the trip to Albania for a World Cup qualifier.

When all was said and done, Thomas Tuchel’s troops emerged on the right side of a 2-0 result, courtesy of a Harry Kane brace.

Rashford, meanwhile, was introduced to proceedings off the bench during the 2nd-half.

And the 28-year-old did not take long to make his presence firmly felt…

Cutting onto his trusty right foot from his berth on the left flank, Rashford bent a sumptuous delivery directly onto the head of Kane, to put England two goals to the good.

This took the on-loan Manchester United man’s tally for the campaign to an impressive 15 combined goals and assists for club and country.
