Barcelona summer signing Karim Adeyemi has confirmed that he has a target in mind when it comes to goalscoring for the remainder of the season ahead.
This of course comes fresh off the German international adding to his tally on Sunday evening.
Barcelona marked their return to action on the domestic front earlier today, locking horns with Levante in a La Liga clash. When all was said and done, Hansi Flick’s troops emerged on the right side of a 4-2 result.
Late in proceedings, things got a little too close for comfort for the Blaugrana, upon Levante pulling two goals back to reduce the deficit to just a solitary goal.
From here, though, it was the aforementioned Adeyemi who put the final nail in the coffin of the hosts, emerging from the bench to net a spectacular individual effort.
This marked the Barca summer signing’s 3rd goal in the colours of his new club. And speaking to the media post-match, Adeyemi went on to reveal that he has a secret target in mind when it comes to his numbers for the remainder of the term:
“I have a number of goals I want to score this season, but I keep it to myself.”
