La Liga giants Barcelona are close to securing a crucial fresh sponsorship agreement for the years ahead.
That’s according to Diario Sport, citing Cadena SER, who point towards Spotify as the partner ready to do business with the Blaugrana once more.
Music streaming platform Spotify have of course played a leading role at Barcelona for several years now.
This comes after the parties agreed to a deal regarding both jersey sponsorship, and the renaming of the Spanish champions’ stadium.
Barca’s current deal with Spotify is due to expire in the summer of 2026.
As alluded to above, however, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then the two sides appear more than keen to continue their partnership.
As per a report from Sport:
‘According to the program ‘Què t’hi Jugues!’ on Cadena SER, Spotify has already communicated to Barça its willingness to continue processing on the front of the shirt for four more seasons, from 2026/27 to 2029/30.’
Talks, in turn, are ongoing with a view to a new contract being drawn up imminently.
As per the terms of as much, Barcelona will bring in around €65 million-per-year in guaranteed revenue through 2030.
