La Liga giants Barcelona have joined the growing list of high-profile clubs expressing a keen interest in the signing of Ajax sensation Mika Godts.
Youngster Godts has for his part seen his name go viral across social media over recent days.
This comes after the 20-year-old was responsible for a stunning solo goal en route to a 2-0 Ajax victory over NAC Breda.
This only served in adding further to the glowing reputation of a player widely considered to be a future star in the making across the continent.
Despite his tender years, Godts, who chiefly operates on the left wing, has racked up 27 direct goal contributions in 29 Eredivisie appearances this season.
And as alluded to above, such exploits have now proven enough to pique the attentions of those behind the scenes at Barcelona.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘FC Barcelona, according to various sources, have set their sights on the Belgian, as have Arsenal and Roma.’
Godts, already capped twice at senior level by Belgium, is widely expected to depart Ajax this summer.
