Barcelona and RCD Mallorca have on Friday been made aware of the identity of the official set to oversee the La Liga season opener between the sides.
Barca and Mallorca are of course primed to kick their respective 2025/26 campaigns into gear on Saturday evening.
As much will come by way of a league meeting at Son Moix.
The visitors head into the matchup with sights on getting the defence of their Spanish top-flight title up and running in positive fashion.
And as alluded to above, 24 hours out from their trip to Mallorca, Hansi Flick and co. have discovered the refereeing appointment for the fixture.
As per a report from El Chiringuito TV:
‘José Luis Munuera will be the referee for the Mallorca-Barça match.’
Elsewhere, it has also been confirmed that Jorge Figueroa will take his place in the VAR room at Son Moix on Saturday.
