The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona have been made aware of the price-tag attached to a member of the club’s defensive transfer target list.
That’s according to Fichajes, who highlight Daniel Muñoz as the player in question.
The name of stopper Muñoz has long emerged as a prominent one in the media headlines surrounding Barcelona.
This comes amid the understanding that, amid an ongoing search for competition for first-choice right-back Jules Koundé, the Camp Nou hierarchy have earmarked the Colombian as a leading option.
Muñoz is appreciated for his abilities on both sides of the ball, considered a different profile to the aforementioned Koundé.
And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media this week is anything to go by, then Barca are now aware of the kind of fee with which they would likely need to part, to bring the 29-year-old to La Liga.
As per a report from Fichajes:
‘According to British media, Crystal Palace do not plan to facilitate his departure immediately, but would be willing to negotiate if an offer close to 30 million euros is presented.’
