A number of La Liga clubs are expressing a keen interest in the signature of the next great hope of Brazilian football.
That’s according to Diario AS, who point towards Kauã Elias as the player in question.
Elias, for his part, is an 18-year-old attacker, who is currently plying his trade in his home country, with heavyweights Fluminense.
Despite his tender years, the frontman, who generally lines out at centre-forward, is already a regular at senior level, hailed for his physical and technical capabilities alike.
Such talents saw Elias notch four goals in just two appearances for Brazil at U17 level.
And, as alluded to above, his increasing prominence in the Brazilian game has not gone at all unnoticed across the pond.
This comes amid claims that the likes of Barcelona, Valencia and Real Sociedad have joined Premier League giants Chelsea in the race for ‘the new Endrick’.
Fluminense, for their part, are understandably eager to hold onto Elias for the time being, but could open to a sale in the case of an offer in the region of €20 million being received.
