The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona have long made the call to send a member of the youth setup in Catalunya’s capital back to his parent club this summer.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Abdul Aziz Issah.
Attacker Aziz Issah for his part linked up with Barcelona last summer, as part of a loan deal from Dreams FC in his home country of Ghana.
The 19-year-old was immediately called up to first-team training by Hansi Flick, a testament to just how highly thought of he was by the Blaugrana staff.
Safe to say, however, that things have since not exactly worked out for Aziz Issah in Spain…
Sport highlight the fact that Aziz Issah has all but ‘disappeared’, having managed a grand total of just 26 minutes of playing time at youth level over the course of the season.
It should therefore come as little surprise to learn that:
‘Aziz will conclude his loan and, barring a surprise, he will leave. Barça have no intention of making the purchase.’
