Barcelona fans take aim at club’s players during Copenhagen clash

The home crowd in attendance at La Liga giants Barcelona’s meeting with FC Copenhagen on Wednesday have made clear their frustrations with their side’s players.

This comes amid what has been an outing to forget to date for the Blaugrana.

Hansi Flick’s troops are currently playing out their final league phase fixture in this season’s edition of the Champions League.

Expected to cruise to a dominant victory with a coveted place in the competition’s top-8 potentially on the line, however, Barcelona have badly struggled thus far.

Owing to a solitary strike on the part of Viktor Daðason, the Spanish champions find themselves trailing by a goal to nil with 45 minutes gone.

A number of Barca’s most high-profile stars have looked some way off their brilliant best, giving rise to understandable frustration on the part of the club’s fanbase.

And such anger came flooding out upon the half-time whistle sounding at the Spotify camp Nou, as jeers and whistles poured down from the stands.
