Barcelona eye Inter Milan’s Marcelo Brozović

Barcelona are interested in the prospect of signing Marcelo Brozović from Inter Milan, report Mundo Deportivo.

Xavi is keen on using the January transfer window to bring in reinforcements to the Nou Camp as the Blaugrana hope to maintain their domestic title challenge.

The Catalan outfit have identified Brozović as one of the players that they want to sign and it is believed that they are in contact with Inter Milan to arrive at an agreement.

Due to their poor financial standing, Barcelona hope that they can seal a loan deal with the Serie A side, with having the option of purchasing the 30-year-old permanently in the summer at the end of the season.

However, with other top European clubs showing interest in signing Denzel Dumfries and Milan Škriniar, Inter Milan may not be keen on parting ways with the Croatian if their other midfielders end up leaving the club.
