Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has this week secured for himself an altogether noteworthy individual accolade.
This comes after the German was named Coach of the Year by reputable outlet BILD.
Flick, for his part, is of course fresh off a spectacular debut campaign on the books of the aforementioned Barca.
After taking up the reins from Xavi last summer, the former Bayern Munich boss went on to lead the Blaugrana to a domestic treble in 2024/25.
Not only that, but the Catalans did so whilst playing some of the most attractive, attack-minded football on the continent.
And as alluded to above, early this week, Flick’s pivotal role in as much has been aptly recognised.
As per a statement across Barcelona’s website and social media platforms:
‘Barça head coach Hansi Flick has been named Coach of the Year at the 2025 SPORT BILD gala, organised by the prestigious German sports newspaper of the same name, one of the most widely read in the country.’
