La Liga champions Barcelona have on Monday been afforded a welcome boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that Raphinha has been given the medical green light to mark his return to the pitch.
Wide-man Raphinha was for his part forced to sit out each of Barcelona’s last three fixtures across all competitions.
As much comes after the Brazilian suffered an injury setback en route to a 3-1 victory over Elche.
Raphinha was spotted back in training over recent days, giving rise to hope that the former Leeds United man would be cleared to play his part against Girona later this evening.
And as alluded to above, hours out from the clash, precisely as much has been confirmed.
As per a statement across the Blaugrana’s website and social media platforms:
‘Raphinha has been declared fit and is available for selection by Hansi Flick for today’s game with Girona.’
