The social media team at La Liga giants Atlético Madrid have on Tuesday continued to turn heads across the world of football.
This comes after the Rojiblancos issued a response to the statement released by city rivals Real Madrid, regarding the latter’s offer for Julián Alvarez.
Frontman Alvarez has of course taken his place front and centre in the headlines in Spain across the evening to date.
After Florentino Pérez promised a mammoth €150 million transfer proposal for a mystery player as part of his presidential campaign late last week, Real announced the Argentine as the star in their sights.
In fact, Los Blancos went as far as to confirm that they had lodged an official bid for Alvarez, which had been rejected by the Metropolitano brass.
As alluded to above, though, word of as much has evidently not gone down well behind the scenes at Atlético…
