As reported by Superdeporte, Atlético Madrid are interested in signing Kouadio Koné from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Atletico are looking to strengthen their midfield for next season after losing the battle with Aston Villa for the signing of Boubacar Kamara, and the La Liga side reportedly want to sign Koné from Mönchengladbach.
The French midfielder has had a good season in the Bundesliga, making him a real option to be part of Diego Simeone’s team ahead of 2022/23.
Koné has also been rumoured to potentially replace Franck Kessié at AC Milan, while Juventus and Manchester United have also reportedly shown interest.
