Athletic Club star Dani Vivian was overheard making crystal clear his feelings with the red card shown to him during the club’s latest outing, whilst making his way off the pitch.
Athletic and defender Vivian are of course fresh off an outing to forget on Saturday.
After making the trip to Valencia for a La Liga clash, Ernesto Valverde’s troops were ultimately condemned to the wrong side of a 2-0 result.
The game’s turning point was forthcoming on the hour mark, when the aforementioned Vivian was given his marching orders.
After initially being shown a yellow card for a challenge on Baptiste Santamaría, an ensuing VAR check saw the Spanish international’s punishment upgraded to a red.
From here, Valencia took full advantage, notching a pair of late goals to secure all three points.
And as alluded to above, left in disbelief by developments at Mestalla was none other than Vivian himself.
Making his way from the field of play, the 26-year-old was caught by the Movistar cameras (as cited by Mundo Deportivo) exclaiming:
“It’s a disgrace! No foul, no foul…”
