Another Barcelona youngster ‘very close’ to permanent exit

An up-and-coming member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona is on the verge of bringing a close to his time with the Blaugrana.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Trilli as the player in question.

Trilli, full name Álvaro Pérez Campo, is a 22-year-old defender, who generally operates at right-back.

The Spaniard has been on the books at Barcelona since back in 2023, and spent this past season plying his trade with the club’s reserve team.

Following Barca Atlètic’s shock relegation, however, speculation has spread regarding a potential incoming exit for Trilli over recent weeks.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media on Thursday is anything to go by, then such a move now appears to be on the verge of completion.

As per a report from Sport:

‘The Galician full-back is very close to becoming a new Real Valladolid player. The Castilian team, which will play this season in the Second Division, has shown a firm interest in the player, and although the agreement is not yet closed, negotiations are at a very advanced stage.’
