A member of the goalkeeper ranks at La Liga giants is set for a departure from the club this summer.
That’s according to Blaugrana insider Gerard Romero, who points towards Ander Astralaga as the player in question.
Shot-stopper Astralaga’s name will of course be a familiar one to regular viewers of Barcelona.
This comes with the youngster having been a regular feature in the Catalans’ first-team setup this past season.
In fact, despite not taking to the pitch at senior level even once over the course of the campaign, the 21-year-old was called up by Hansi Flick for a considerable 26 fixtures.
And those behind the scenes at the Camp Nou are evidently of the opinion that senior game-time would prove no easier to come by for Astralaga in 2025/26.
This comes amid confirmation on the part of the aforementioned Gerard Romero that:
‘Ander Astralaga. The Barca Atlètic goalkeeper will play on loan for a season with Granada. Ander will travel this week to undergo a medical examination and finalise the agreement.’
