Speaking to Catalan outlet Sport, Ajax Sporting director Marc Overmars admitted the Dutch giants are trying to sign Barcelona forward Luis Suárez.
“The chances of Luis Suárez joining us are quite small. We’re trying but it is difficult.”
The former Liverpool player was told by new Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman on Monday that his future lies elsewhere.
