Dani Carvajal and Dean Huijsen will now return to base in Madrid.
Also playing his part in Sunday’s Konya rout, albeit on the losing side, was Arda Güler, who will follow his Blancos teammates back to Valdebebas.
Antonio Rüdiger rounded out his international commitments for the month in Germany’s 3-1 win over Northern Ireland.
And last up comes Thibaut Courtois, fresh off his return to national team duty with Belgium, who matched Spain’s dominant downing of Turkey with a 6-0 victory of their own, at the expense of Kazakhstan.
