A trio of up-and-coming young talents were called up to train alongside Hansi Flick’s Barcelona first-team on Wednesday morning. This comes as the Blaugrana ramp up preparations for a return to action this weekend.
Barca, all told, are fresh off a week to forget last time out.
After being condemned to a first defeat of the season at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, the Catalans were then bested by arch rivals Real Madrid on Sunday evening.
Safe to say, then, that Flick and co. will no doubt have their sights firmly set on a return to winning ways when they welcome Deportivo Alavés to the Camp Nou on Saturday.
And as alluded to above, amid preparations for as much, three young talents were on Wednesday afforded the chance to impress in senior training.
As per a report from Barcelona insider Alex Pintanel:
‘Ebrima Tunkara, Hamza Abdelkarim and Àlex Campos are training with the first team.’
