2 Real Madrid, 1 Barcelona: Carlo Ancelotti’s predicted Brazil attack

An insight into the plans of departing Real Madrid head coach for his attacking ranks with the Brazilian national team has this weekend been provided.

The info comes courtesy of Diario Sport, and points towards the Italian preparing to lean heavily on Spain-based talent.

Ancelotti is of course set to take up the Brazil reins imminently, having been relieved of his duties on the bench at La Liga giants Real Madrid.

With a view to next year’s World Cup, the veteran tactician, in turn, will soon set about piecing together his ideal starting XI.

And set to feature front and centre in as much, as alluded to above, are players from both Barcelona, and his soon-to-be former club, Real.

As per a report from Diario Sport:

‘In Carletto’s first matches with the Seleçao, on Thursday, June 5 in Guayaquil against Ecuador, and on Tuesday, June 10 in São Paulo against Paraguay, both qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, he is expected to line up an attack made up of Raphinha, Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo.’
