A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona was responsible for nothing short of a masterclass performance in the club’s latest outing.

Youngster Pedri was for his part in from the off once again on Sunday, as Barcelona welcomed Real Sociedad to Catalunya’s capital for a La Liga clash.
And en route to a comeback 2-1 triumph for Hansi Flick’s troops, the Spanish international proved himself the game’s standout performer.
Whilst it was Jules Koundé and Robert Lewandowski who proved decisive on the scoresheet, it was Pedri who ran proceedings from the middle of the park.
On his way to Man of the Match honours at Montjuïc, the 22-year-old ran proceedings on both sides of the ball from his berth in the middle of the park.
