Will PSG entertain a Real Madrid bid for Kylian Mbappé?

Kylian Mbappé has told PSG that he will not be activating his extra-year option which would keep him in the French capital until 2025. The 24-year-old is attempting to force the hands of PSG by leaving them no choice but to sell the French star this summer, Fabrice Hawkins reveals.

The pathway to Real Madrid now appears open, or does it? Respected journalist Manu Carreño states that PSG are willing to sell Mbappé this summer, but they are not entertaining any bids from Real Madrid. Los Blancos have been pursuing the scintillating forward for quite some time, and now they appear to have had a major breakthrough that could see them land their long-awaited target this summer. But, on Tuesday Mbappé took to Twitter to announce that he is still very happy in Paris.

It is noted that Real Madrid have money ready to make the deal happen by any means necessary, according to Melchor Ruiz, however, the Spanish club will face tough competition from top Premier League clubs.

The situation is clear: Mbappé doesn’t want to trigger a contract extension with PSG, and PSG do not want him to leave on a free next summer.
