Why Barcelona have registered Vitor Roque with La Liga

Barcelona have on Monday officially registered young striker Vitor Roque with La Liga.

That’s according to Carrusel Deportivo, who have provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes at the Camp Nou.

The name of frontman Roque has of course positioned itself front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the course of the last 48 hours.

This comes after word was forthcoming that Deco and co. had finally found a new home for the out-of-favour 19-year-old.

Roque is all set to take his talents to Seville on loan, to line out for Real Betis.

In turn, it may come as something of a surprise, on Monday, to hear of the starlet being officially registered as a Barcelona player with La Liga.

This, however, simply comes as part of the process to push his move to the aforementioned Betis through.

That’s according to Carrusel Deportivo, who have confirmed that:

‘FC Barcelona registers Vitor Roque and he is already listed on the LaLiga website. In this way, his transfer to Real Betis can now be formalized.’
