A fresh update on Anthony Gordon’s imminent arrival at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Wednesday evening surfaced online.
This comes amid confirmation that the England international is expected in Catalunya’s capital at some point on Thursday.
Barcelona are of course fresh off tying up an agreement with their counterparts at Newcastle United, over the signing of winger Gordon.
After identifying the 25-year-old as their chief target to reinforce Hansi Flick’s frontline with a view to the 2026/27 campaign, Deco and co. committed to a deal with the potential to reach €80 million.
Gordon has also given his word to the Blaugrana, no doubt excited at the prospect of lining out for one of world football’s most explosive attacking outfits.
And as alluded to above, the former Everton man will not have to wait at all long for his Barca future to become a reality…
