What does the future hold for Ez Abde?

Ez Abde continues to impress at La Liga outfit Osasuna. The Moroccan winger, on loan at the Pamplona club from Barcelona, has a Copa del Rey final to look forward to.

Abde scored both goals in the club’s win over Elche at El Sadar on Saturday and, according to Mundo Deportivo, he is attracting the attention of several European clubs.

His entourage remain calm as they await Barça’s plans for next season and have yet to talk about future possibilities or a possible transfer fee if a move was to take place.

The 21-year-old has three months left on loan at Osasuna and once he returns Barça, where he has a contract until 2026, it will be up to Barça and Xavi Hernández to decide if he has a future at Camp Nou.

In La Liga this season, he has played 21 games, scoring three goals and registering two assists. He has also netted crucial Copa del Rey goals to defeat Sevilla and Athletic Club on the way to this year’s final.

Barcelona could sell this summer, which would provide Abde with first-team opportunities, and Xavi is said to be a fan of the Morocco international.

With interest from outside of Spain, there is also the possibility of a move abroad. For now though, he is focused on finishing the season in style at Osasuna and making history in the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid on 6 May.
