West Ham to prepare offer for Youssef En-Nesyri

West Ham United are ready to submit an offer in order to sign Youssef En-Nesyri from Sevilla this January, report Marca.

The East London side tried to sign the Moroccan international in the summer of 2021, but Los Nervionenses rejected West Ham’s €30m offer for the striker who scored 24 goals for Sevilla in the 2020-2021 season.

However, times have changed and the Andaluz club find themselves just above the relegation zone in La Liga only thanks to having a superior goal difference to Cádiz.

En-Nesyri has failed to score in a single game in La Liga so far this season, but has netted two and three goals in the Champions League and Copa del Rey respectively.

The Premier League outfit are facing a relegation battle themselves and are hoping to reinforce their forwards department this winter.

It is believed that West Ham are in the process of preparing to submit an offer to loan the 25-year-old striker until June, with the obligation of buying him permanently at the end of the season.

En-Nesyri scored the winning goal against Portugal that booked Morocco’s place in the semi-finals of the World Cup.
