West Brom have reached an agreement to sign Okay Yokuslu on loan from Celta Vigo, according to Fabrizio Romano.
There is no obligation or option to buy involved in the deal between the two clubs. The 26-year-old, who has represented Turkey 28 times, is under contract at Celta until 2023.
In the 2020/21 campaign, he has featured 12 times for the Galician club and joins a West Brom side in the bottom three of the Premier League.
