Vinícius Tobías on the verge of Real Madrid move

Shakhtar Donetsk right-back Vinícius Tobías is on the verge of signing for Real Madrid, as per Marca.

The talented Brazilian right-back, who turned 18 just last month, has been a hot topic of interest, following the ruling by LaLiga which allowed Spanish clubs to sign players from Ukrainian and Russian clubs for free.

As it stands, Vinicíus Tobías is set to join Real Madrid. He will be signing initially on loan with Real Madrid Castilla, the B-team, managed by Raúl.

Marca reports that Los Blancos have already reached an agreement with the Brazilian’s agent. Although signing for Castilla, the Brazilian is expected to be present with Carlo Ancelotti’s first team in training. Should Real Madrid choose to exercise his subsequent buy-option, Tobías is expected to sign a five-year contract, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Vinícius Tobías follows the footsteps of Vini Jr., Rodrygo and Éder Militão in becoming yet another one of Florentino Pérez’s recent Brazilian signings.
