Villarreal have confirmed that their player Alberto Moreno suffered an anterior cruciate ligament tear in the club’s game against Osasuna on Saturday.
Medical tests carried out on the Spaniard confirmed that he has suffered an anterior cruciate ligament tear in his right knee.
The 29-year-old will be operated on in the coming days by Doctor Ramón Cugat.
