Footage of Barcelona legend Neymar Jr. back in the city has on Friday come to the fore online.
This comes on the same day on which Barcelona are set to hold a lavish event, to celebrate the club’s 125th anniversary as a sporting entity.
As of yet, Neymar, who lined out at the Camp Nou for four years between 2013 and 2017, has not confirmed or denied his attendance at the anniversary gala.
His arrival in Catalunya’s capital, though, would certainly appear to point towards the Brazilian international preparing for as much.
Neymar of course still holds a special place in the heart of many of a Blaugrana persuasion.
Though his departure for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017 came in acrimonious circumstances, the gifted attacker’s time in Spain was nothing short of remarkable.
All told, in 186 appearances across all competitions, Neymar directly contributed to 181 goals, by way of 105 goals and 76 assists.
The now-32-year-old also acted as one member of arguably the greatest attacking trio in the game’s history, alongside Lionel Messi, and Luis Suárez.
