Legendary tactician José Mourinho provided a trademark response, when drawn on the possibility of him taking up the reins at Barcelona.
Mourinho, of course, is out of work at present.
This comes after the Portuguese was sent on his way by Italian giants Roma, ahead of the expiration of his contract in Italy’s capital in the summer.
Mourinho, as a result, finds himself on the lookout for a new position, with recent speculation having pointed towards Serie A holders Napoli as one potential landing spot.
As alluded to above, though, on Sunday, rumours of another destination have been sparked, by none other than the tactician himself.
Mourinho, for his part, was spotted in an airport in Barcelona this afternoon.
With representatives from Spanish outlet El Chiringuito TV present at the scene, it therefore came as little surprise when the 60-year-old was drawn on the reasoning behind his trip.
Asked specifically about whether he could be in line to replace the under-fire Xavi Hernández at Barcelona, Mourinho did not provide a verbal response, instead opting for a wry smile.
