Tottenham have made an offer to Barcelona for Ousmane Dembélé today, according to journalist Helena Condis.
Sources close to the negotiations say a move for the Frenchman is not feasible as the Premier League side can’t afford the player and agent fees involved in the deal.
Earlier this evening, Foot Mercato reported that PSG have reached a verbal agreement with Dembélé and will try to sign the winger before tomorrow’s deadline.
