According to journalist Gerard Romero, Thomas Meunier is close to joining Barcelona on loan from Borussia Dortmund.
Xavi is keen for full-back to join the Blaugrana. Romero also reports that the arrival of the Belgian on loan could see Sergiño Dest move in the opposite direction. Both the player and Borussia Dortmund are open to the transfer.
Meunier has recognised experience. He has been capped 54 times by Belgium and has been playing regularly in the Champions League with PSG and Borussia Dortmund since 2016.
