AS reports that Real Madrid are in the process of completing a deal to send winger Takefusa Kubo on loan to Getafe.
The Japanese international has had an unsuccessful loan spell at Villarreal and was left out of the LaLiga side’s squad for their 2-1 win over Levante on Saturday.
Madrid will now have to reach an agreement with Villarreal, which should be straightforward after Kubo told head coach Unai Emery he wanted to leave. The 19-year-old has struggled for game time since joining the Yellow Submarine on a year-long loan deal at the start of the season.
