Sevilla interested in late move for Granada’s Bryan Zaragoza

Granada suffered a serious setback in this transfer window when Atlético Madrid paid the termination clause of talented forward Samuel Omorodion, one of the best players in Paco López’s newly-promoted squad.

The 19-year-old was later loaned to Alavés, which has only strengthened a direct rival of Granada’s. Now Bryan Zaragoza – a key player in their 3-2 home win over Mallorca at the weekend – could also depart the club, according to COPE Granada.

Andalusian rivals Sevilla are interested in signing the attacking talent, who has a release clause is €14m. Sevilla would use the money from Lucas Ocampos’ possible move to Premier League outfit Fulham to finance the deal.

After the sale of Omorodion, Zaragoza leaving Granada would be a major blow for the club for the upcoming season.
