Speaking on Instagram Live with Walid Acherchour, Samir Nasri revealed he had a good relationship with his former coach at Sevilla, Jorge Sampaoli.
“Sampaoli told me, ‘come to Seville, you can drink, party and do whatever you want; I’ll cover you. I’m just asking you to be good on the pitch at the weekend.’ He also told me that he would take care of the dog when I was away. He was like a friend, not a coach.”
The 32-year-old French midfielder made 23 appearances for the Andalusian club in the 2016-17 season, scoring two goals.
