Early insights into the injuries suffered by Real Madrid trio Rodrygo, Éder Militão and Lucas Vázquez have this afternoon come to the fore online.
This comes, for those who may have missed it, after all three were forced into premature departures from the club’s latest outing.
Real Madrid are of course fresh off a dominant return to winning ways.
After welcoming Osasuna to Spain’s capital for a La Liga clash, Los Blancos ran riot, thanking a Vinícius Jr. hat-trick, and a further goal on the part of Jude Bellingham, for an eventual 4-0 triumph.
As alluded to above, however, en route to as much, Carlo Ancelotti and co. were also forced to face up to a series of fresh blows on the personnel front.
This came as all of Rodrygo, Éder Militão and Lucas Vázquez were forced into premature departures from the action.
And, since, updates on the nature of the problems picked up by all three have been provided.
The info comes courtesy of Real insider Mario Cortegana of The Athletic, and points towards the following:
- Rodrygo has a right rectus femoris (thigh) injury
- Éder Militão has a right knee injury, which is expected to be confirmed as ‘serious’
- Lucas Vázquez has a left adductor injury
