An up-and-coming member of the academy ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid is inching towards an imminent departure for the Saudi Pro League.
That’s according to Blancos insider José Félix Díaz, who points towards Marvel as the player in question.
Youngster Marvel, for those not familiar with his name, is a 21-year-old defender, who has been on the books of Real Madrid since all the way back in 2016.
The Spanish youth international is currently plying his trade with the club’s Castilla outfit, but has been tipped to make the jump to the senior setup in Madrid on more than one occasion in the past.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media on Wednesday night is anything to go by, as much may in fact not have the opportunity to come to fruition.
This comes amid the shock news that Marvel is close to taking his talents to the Middle East.
Speaking during an appearance on SBA Sport, the aforementioned José Félix Díaz, considered the go-to source when it comes to Real Madrid-based news, confirmed that the stopper was recently the recipient of a big-money offer from Saudi Arabia.
Not only that, but Marvel is said to be increasingly ‘close’ to accepting the proposal.
