The nominees for Real Madrid Player of the Month for October have on Monday been unveiled online.
And they see players from all areas of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad rewarded for their endeavours over the course of the month.
Real, of course, endured something of a hit-and-miss go of things in October, notching a trio of victories, in between concerning defeats at the hands of both Lille, and Barcelona.
Across this stretch, though, a number of standout performances were nevertheless conjured up by some of Los Blancos’ leading stars.
At the back, stalwart Antonio Rüdiger is up for the prize, recognised for his efforts amid a tumultuous stretch for the La Liga champions on the injury front.
Moving into midfield, and three members of Ancelotti’s squad are nominated, in the form of Mr. reliable Federico Valverde, captain Luka Modrić, and recent injury returnee Eduardo Camavinga.
And last up comes the favourite to be named October’s best in Madrid, in the form of talismanic wide-man Vinícius Jr.
