Real Madrid unbeaten in 20 games

Carlo Ancelotti’s side remain top of the table after going 11 games unbeaten in La Liga this season.

Los Blancos are undefeated in all 16 games in 2022-23 and their unbeaten run stretches to 20 games, 16 wins and four draws.

Madrid’s last defeat came against cross-city rivals Atlético Madrid in May of this year.

On Saturday, Ancelotti’s men were able to get past Sevilla, a side they have not lost to in 14 league games.

Madrid have scored 84.2% of their goals this season in the second half of matches (32 out of 38) and have only conceded five goals in second halves.

Vinícius was excellent on Saturday night, providing two assists in the same game for the fourth time with Real Madrid, three of the braces coming at the Bernabéu.

Sevilla’s poor record

Sevilla’s dismal run away to Madrid continued on Saturday. They have not won a single match of their last 40 matches away to Madrid, Barcelona and Atlético in La Liga.

The Andalusian outfit have recorded 10 draws and lost 30 times, collecting just 10 points out of a possible 120 at stake (8%), according to Fran Martínez.
