Real Madrid star spotted back in group training

La Liga giants Real Madrid were on Tuesday afforded some altogether positive news on the personnel front.

This comes amid confirmation that defender Éder Militão has returned to group activities at the club’s Valdebebas training ground.

Militão, for his part, was recently forced into a premature departure from the Brazilian national team camp.

This came after the former Porto standout reported for duty with his country whilst sporting a muscular problem in his left leg.

After swiftly making his way back to base in Madrid, ensuing medical tests confirmed that Militão had suffered a quad injury.

The 26-year-old had spent the time since being put through a series of medical treatments and individualised training protocols, in a bid to return to the pitch as soon as possible.

And, as alluded to above, as much, evidently, has done the trick.

As showcased in the photo below, taken during Real Madrid’s Tuesday morning training session, Militão is back in the thick of things with the rest of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad:
